The Lex Products 200A Terrapin Station II to 50A Locking Receptacles may be fed directly from a generator, panel, or larger box and can provide temporary power in disaster relief situations to power lights, pumps, fans, and tools. The heavy-duty molded rubber enclosure is fully insulated and resistant to shock, impact, and corrosion. Circuit breakers are mounted under a hinged lid for enhanced safety.
The unit has weather-protective receptacle covers and is stackable and compact for easy storage and portability. Heavy-duty aluminum legs position the box at the NEC regulatory height of 6" while allowing for storage and transportation stacking. The station is most often used in electrical distribution, maintenance, shipbuilding, generator rental, construction, outdoor event, and shelter applications.
