RTW SW20004 Overview
The RTW SW20004 SSA - Surround Sound Analyzer Software Module for use with the TM7 and TM9 TouchMonitor models, is a useful tool for visualizing the interaction of all important parameters of surround signals. The dynamic behavior of all display elements (House display) corresponds to the subjective listening impression, enabling you to see the balance of a surround program intuitively and at a glance.
Note: Software module SW20002 must be installed to utilize the SW20004! Also, for signals with more than two channels, software module SW20001 is required.
Display
� Graphical display indicating the single channel and total program loudness according to selected weighting filter (Total Volume Indicator) according to selected weighting filters (e. g. SPL or Loudness)
� Position and width of phantom sound sources (PSI)
� Correlation of adjacent channels in PSI (color) respectively TVI (shape of line): red resp. funnel: negative range, yellow resp. straight line: "0" range, green resp. roof: positive range
� Separate correlators for the outer adjacent channels switchable: red: negative range, white: 0" range, green: positive range
� Dominance indicator (DMI)
� LFE Phase (warning display, if correlation between any channel and LFE is negative)
