Description
ZWO FF130 Overview
Designed for astrophotography but also great for observation, the FF130 APO Astronomical Telescope from ZWO features a quadruplet air-spaced apochromatic lens system that eliminates the need to use a separate field flattener. Built with two glass elements, the quad APO also dramatically reduces chromatic aberration and eliminates the need to calculate back focus distance�just attach your camera with one of the four included adapters and you're ready for imaging. The f/7.7 focal ratio and 1000mm focal length lend themselves to both planetary and deep-sky photography. An optional diagonal and eyepieces are required for visual use.
Optical Tube Assembly
- Large 130mm aperture makes it ideal for making detailed observations of the moon and planets and viewing deep-sky objects like binary stars, clusters, and galaxies
- f/7.7 focal ratio and 1000mm focal length allow for both deep-sky and planetary imaging
- Quadruplet air-spaced apochromatic refractor design with two ED elements produces rich views with minimal chromatic aberration
- Quad APO is self-flattening, eliminating the need for a separate field flattener
