Equipped with a Sony IMX678 CMOS sensor, the camera achieves 8.5MP resolution with low read noise, small pixels, and high sensitivity, making it a good choice for photographing planets and also for microscope photography. It transmits data to your computer quickly thanks to the USB 3.0 interface, with a frame rate as high as 45.1 fps. The camera's 6.03ke full well capacity allows for long exposures and helps avoid overexposure issues.

The ASI715MC features a 5.6 x 3.2mm back-illuminated Sony IMX715 Starvis sensor with a resolution of 3864 x 2192. The 1.45µ pixels accommodate a full well capacity of 6.03ke. The sensor boasts a quantum efficiency of 80%.
USB 3.0 & 512M DDR3 Memory
The ASI664MC is equipped with a USB 3.0 transmission interface and a built-in 512MB DDR3 cache to ensure stable and secure data transmission. Under long exposure, it effectively avoids frame dropping and greatly reduces the glow effect caused by slow reading speed.
