Waterbird MS SWIFT X Overview
Capture smooth and stable footage with this MS SWIFT X 200 Camera Slider with XL Motion Controller from Waterbird. Industry-standard, high-end ball bearings provide smooth gliding on this 79" motorized and bendable slider, which allows you to switch from shooting in a straight slider configuration to a curved one in just seconds and giving you the capability of bending the slider to a desired radius for easier transport.
The included XL Motion Controller, which employs a brushless DC motor, enables high-speed, ultra-silent carriage operation with DMX, IP, or Bluetooth, providing accurate and reliable motion control. An optional battery pack is required if you wish to operate the unit without using the included power supply. Each segment of the slider features a 3/8"-16 mounting port at roughly every 4" to allow for wider flexibility when mounting on multiple tripods.
Mobile App for Full Control
- The free Waterbird Multi Slider app pairs the control unit of the SWIFT sliders with the standard control unit within seconds. On a single screen, you can control everything you need.
- The MS SWIFT series with XL Motion Controller is controlled via DMX, joysticks, or pedals.
- The intuitive and easy user interface allows you to set a start and end point after initialization.
- The exact position of the carriage can be controlled, as well as the high speed and acceleration of the transition to and from the start/end points.
- The app allows you to set a Ping-Pong and a Step-by-Step mode.
- Time-lapse videos can be created easily while the shutter and focus of the camera can be triggered by the app.
