Vocas 0700-0205 Overview
Extend and add additional support to your Sony FX6 LCD when using the optional eyepiece with this LCD Monitor Support Kit from Vocas. The kit includes the LCD support bracket and the Sony 8T to 15mm viewfinder extension bracket.
The aluminum support bracket clamps onto the side of the camera LCD and secures it with the rod clamp to prevent sagging or movement under the weight of the eyepiece. The included Vocas 8T to 15mm viewfinder bracket extends the LCD using its 15mm rod clamp and adds more stability.
Vocas LCD Monitor Support for Sony FX6 Eyepiece
Add additional support to your Sony FX6 LCD when using the optional eyepiece with this LCD Monitor Support from Vocas. The durable aluminum support bracket mounts onto the side of the camera LCD with a clamping design, using the display's side rod port to secure it.
The eyepiece can then be mounted onto the 15mm rod port of the support bracket, taking the weight off the LCD and preventing the display from moving or tilting to the side. The bracket is also compatible with the optional Vocas 8T to 15mm viewfinder bracket to extend the LCD and add more stability.

Add stability to the original LCD on your Sony FX6 or PXW-FS5 camera with this Sony 8T to 15mm Viewfinder Bracket from Vocas. The bracket replaces the original viewfinder bracket on the top handgrip. It measures 2.2" in length, 1.2" longer than the original bracket, and mounts onto the Sony 8T mount for the original LCD monitor.
The bracket provides additional stability when rotating your LCD and keeps it level and steady. The LCD mounts onto the 15mm rod on the other end of the bracket and allows the smooth rotation of the display.

Nice addition to monitor
I'm using this with a Zacuto Z-finder that came off my Sony FS7. Works well - expensive but worth it because it made an absolutely hopeless Sony monitor a good one.
Amazing solution for sagging FX6 monitor
I was hesitant to spend the $$ on this, and disappointed that Sony didn't design a stronger way to keep the LCD monitor from sagging when I put my FX9 loupe on, but this Vocas LCD Monitor support kit holds it like a champ. I also like how the hinge dampens during the movement.
Perfect solution for the Fx6
The Sony Fx6 is a great camera with one exception. The monitor flops around is is unusable in everything but the most static kind of shoot. I've been happy with the monitor and loop of the Fx9 and now this allows me to have it on my fx6. Thanks to Vocas & !
A must-have for your FX6
Finally, my FX6 has no more floppy monitor problem. Have tried other solutions that were not effective, but this thing works like a champ. Am now able to add the FX9 replacement loupe for an efficient eyepiece solution. This is one of those pieces of kit whose high price can be a turnoff, but definitely worth every penny. IMO it's the single best accessory you can get for the FX6. Brilliant design.
