Sporting an M.2 form factor and SATA III interface, you can install this drive in a wide range of devices. Quickly access and store data at read and write speeds of 560 and 500 MB/s, respectively. 3D NAND Flash and DDR3 DRAM cache work together to make information easily accessible, enhancing the workflow of your system. The M.2 SSD 430S offers long-term reliability with 280 Terabytes Written (TBW) and two-million hours Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
The M.2 SSD 430S is compatible with 2242 and 2280 M.2 slots, granting compatibility with a wide range of light notebooks and Ultrabooks.
3D NAND flash chips ensure your data is stored in such a way that your system can easily search for what is needed and deliver it quickly, enhancing performance and your workflow.

Performance Enhancing Capabilities
Aside from read and write speeds, the M.2 SSD 430S includes various integrated systems designed to optimize performance. Error Correcting Code (ECC) detects and corrects errors to prevent corruption. Garbage Collection moves existing data to release memory blocks. Wear-leveling saves data evenly across memory cells. DDR3 DRAM cache stores temporary copies of most active data to shorten access times. Additionally, you get access to TRIM & NCQ Command, S.M.A.R.T., RAID Engine, and LDPC coding.
