Quickly expand the coverage of your home's 802.11ax Wi-Fi network by plugging the RE715X AX3000 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi Range Extender form TP-Link into a wall outlet near where the signal is weakest. This range extender provides smooth 4K video streaming, online gaming, and video chat experiences by taking advantage of the 160 MHz channel to deliver up to 2976 Mb/s data transfer speeds over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The RE715X pairs with your TP-Link OneMesh compatible router with the touch of the WPS button to create a unified mesh network with a single network ID (SSID) while Adaptive Path Selection technology automatically chooses the fastest signal for uninterrupted connections as you move from room to room. Use the TP-Link Tether mobile app to configure your RE715X Mesh Wi-Fi range extender, including the strength of its Wi-Fi coverage, to suit your needs and home size.
With two powerful antennas and support for the 160 MHz channel, the RE715X transfers up to 2402 Mb/s over the 5 GHz band and 574 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz frequency, providing a total bandwidth of up to 2976 Mb/s.
OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access) technology improves your wireless network with high throughput, low latency, and efficient power consumption.
The RE715X uses beamforming technology to concentrate the Wi-Fi signal toward devices to create a strong, far-reaching connection.
Connect wired devices, such as computers and smart TVs, to the range extender's Gigabit Ethernet port to give it wireless connectivity.
Provide your network switch or other wired device with Wi-Fi capabilities by connecting it directly to the Gigabit Ethernet port.
Use the Tether app to configure the RE715X's Wi-Fi coverage to maximum, intermediate, or minimum to match the size of your home.
The TP-Link Tether app for iOS and Android devices allows you to set up, manage, and monitor your RE715X Mesh Wi-Fi range extender alongside TP-Link routers and devices.
