TB67S581FNG(O,EL) is a BiCD constant current two-phase bipolar stepping motor driver IC using a PWM chopper. Fabricated with the BiCD process, the TB67S581FNG rating is 50V/2.5A. The built-in regulator for IC operation allows the motor to be driven by a single VM power supply. It features built-in thermal shutdown detection (TSD), overcurrent detection (ISD), and undervoltage lockout detection (UVLO).
