Tilta TGA-ARG-RCH Overview
Wirelessly control your Ronin RS 2 or RS 3 Pro gimbal from a handle mounted on the Advanced Support Ring or Dual Handle Power Supply Bracket with the Tilta RS 2 Remote Control Handle. The kit features a wireless control handle that mounts on your Advanced Ring, allowing you to control the gimbal without taking your hand off the support ring. The handle lets you access your gimbal's settings, as well as the photo and video record functions.
A built-in thumb/joystick controls your gimbal's pan/tilt movement, enabling fine adjustment and smooth camera moves while holding the ring with both hands. Likewise, the integrated focus wheel allows you to control your camera's focus via optional DJI and Tilta wireless follow focus systems. When using the control handle mounted on your Advanced Ring Grip, no battery is required. However, when used by itself, you need to install the 18650 battery to power the handle.

A must-have for the Tilta RS 2 ring grip
If you have a ring grip for your DJI RS 2 (or 3) gimbal, this remote control is a must-have option. It enables you to control most of the features while operating the gimbal without taking your hand off the ring. The grip comes with a remote receiver that attaches to either side of the RS 2 gimbal. I wish there was another way to attach the receiver, as it eliminates the ability to add anything to that side mount of the gimbal. However, the remote needs those electronic contacts to communicate with the gimbal. I wish the grip ergonomics were a bit better, as the elevated controls can be hard to reach with my thumb (insert small hands joke here). The grip material is rubber-ish, but I find it to be somewhat slippery. I often wrap handles with tennis grip tape, but doing so complicates removing the internal battery. The battery fit is also extremely tight, and difficult to remove. Be aware that 18650 batteries with the positive tip button will NOT fit inside this grip. Fortunately, Tilta supplies a 18650 battery with the flat positive tip end.
Must have Dji RS2
If you want to go from 1 handle gimbal shooting to 2, you need this handle.
Absolute must for dual grip
If you are thinking about going dual grip, this is item is a must buy! It works extremely well with my DJI Ronin RS2 and with the flick of a switch, you have the choice of using the Manual Focus motor by DJI or one by Tilta. The battery is a little tight and I wish it would last a little bit longer. 1 Battery will last me a solid 4 hour shoot. My only wish is that it came with a better manual or set of instructions to set it up and pair it.
Found the issue of disconnecting
if you touch your finger on rite side of the screen, if channel is 0-10, it stopped working. set channel to 11+ to avoid this issue.
Basically, it works.
It works when connection is good. But it always lose connection. The control is not as smooth as the original gimble handle. Follow focus is not that smooth as nucleus-M wireless handle. Be aware of that before purchase it.
