Description
The TY551M is a Ty-RAP® 92 x 2.29mm natural self-locking Identification Cable Tie made of nylon 6.6 (polyamide 6.6). This cable tie features smooth edges designed to prevent cable insulation damage. Integrally formed nylon pawl combines low insertion force and high locking strength. Rounded head reduces snags, makes pulling bundles through tight spaces easier. Two-sided finger grip design helps the installer grasp and pull the tie snug. Tab in centre of the tail keeps the tail from popping out while being threaded and holds it securely for final tightening. Quick, easy pull-through reduces operator fatigue, increases productivity. They may be marked with the special black or red marking pen which produces a permanent legend or they can be heat stamped. Because the ties serve the dual purpose of tying and identifying, will achieve extra economies. They can be applied with the standard Ty-Rap® tying tools used for regular ties.
