Think Tank Photo Pro Speed Belt V3.0 Overview
An essential part of their modular belt system, this black Pro Speed Belt V3.0 from Think Tank Photo is a comfortable padded belt that fits waists measuring approximately 38 to 48". It accepts several optional Think Tank components, such as camera bags and lens pouches, and makes for a convenient way to carry and store your gear once fully equipped.
The belt is made primarily of nylon and is padded with closed-cell foam for a comfortable fit. Secure buckle stops keep it from slipping or loosening around your waist, and are positioned near the front so that any optional pouches can be freely rotated around the rest of the belt. As part of a modular system, this accessory can be integrated with a variety of Think Tank products, including the Pixel Racing Harness, Keep It Up strap, and most of their backpacks.

Very difficult to adjust
It is very difficult to adjust. Then, if you wear it over a coat and need to adjust it again, it is very difficult.
Comfortable and nice looking
Love the quality and cushion of this belt. Relieved my back of a lot of stress on set. Sizing is accurate.
Excellent system
I have recently begun using this system, and couldn�t be more pleased with it. The belt is ruggedly build and well padded, so it is comfortable for extended use. It needs to be tightened firmly around the hips to prevent sagging, but once I had it adjusted it has proven comfortable and convenient. I have a camera holster on one hip for a medium sized DSLR (Nikon D750) and a speed changer bag on the other hip containing a medium sized lens (Nikkor 16-35 f4 or similar) and another small lens or a small flash unit. This is quite a weighty combo, but it holds firm for walks lasting over 5 hours and covering long distances.

Adjusts easily and has clips to make sure it stays adjusted. Nicely padded and very comfortable.
A Hack For Spider Black Widow Holsters
First off this is a very comfortable Belt. The buckle is super tough and strong. No worries about it coming unbuckled on its own. Works great with the Think Tank accessories. As with everything photography, we tend to adopt great gear from different companies. I absolutely love using my Spider Holster Black Widows at weddings. However, I hate the belt that comes with it. On a whim, I took a chance buying this belt so I could figure out a way to get my Black Widows on it. As you can see from my photos, I found a way. 1. remove the overlap stitching on one end of the belt and remove the hardware. 2. slide on your Black Widows. 3. Re-attach your hardware to the belt and if you feel the need, re-stich the overlap. The belt with the Spider Holsters on it is just as comfortable as with out them. I know have a very comfortable belt to accommodate my Spider Holster gear!

Well designed, heavy duty
I bought this belt to help support my Think Tank Photo Digital Holster 150. It keeps the camera bag from flopping around as I move and is heavy enough to support the 10 pounds of gear I carry solidly. The only downside is the size adjustment is awkward and may tend to slip out of adjustment. It is comfortable and keeps the bag stable and that's why I bought it.
It's a belt, works as advertised
Only use the belt system when I'm covering auto racing and going to be at the track four hours. Great for holding all the accessories I need without having to lug around my roller or backpack.
