Product Overview
The TLV70033DDCT is a fixed output, low quiescent current low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This regulator is designed for power sensitive applications and provides excellent line and load transient performance. A precision bandgap and error amplifier provides overall 2% accuracy. Low output noise, very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low dropout voltage make this device ideal for most battery operated handheld equipment. The TLV70033DDCT regulator is stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1µF. This feature enables the use of cost effective capacitors that have higher bias voltages and temperature derating. The regulator regulate to specified accuracy with no output load.
