The LP5951MG-3.3/NOPB is a single channel CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with fixed output in 5 pin SC-70 package. This micro-power LDO is designed to meet the requirements of portable battery powered systems by providing regulated output voltage and low quiescent current. The power consumption is reduced to virtually zero when switched to shutdown mode via a logic signal at enable (EN) pin. The LP5951 is designed to be stable with small 1?F ceramic capacitors. The device has internal protection against short circuit currents and overtemperature conditions.
