The TetherGuard ThreadMount Support from TetherTools helps to secure, stabilize, and protect cables by creating and maintaining a reliable connection. It uses a magnetic quick release for a user-friendly setup, while the camera dock has a locking and breakaway side, depending on your needs. The computer dock may also mount to most flat surfaces using the included 3MTM VHBTM adhesive.

Bulky
I had the older clip version of this and it was small and light. This magnetic version is larger and heavier and more annoying to have attached to camera. It does what it's suppose to do.
The tether guard support kit works great
It's great to connect my computer to my camera with the magnetic support kit quick release.
Improved way better than Jerkstopper
I have Tether Tools' Jerkstopper but all of them have flaws. They dont actually hold the cable and it's easy to be removed. Yes, seriously. I had no idea why they even make jerkstopper like that. I was very disappointed and it actually ruined several sessions. Recently, Tether Tools announced a new jerkstopper which is Tetherguard and I bought them. Unlike the previous version, it hold the cable very tightly so you dont need to worry about loosen jerkstopper anymore which is good. And the camera holder has to side: both them have magnet but one side has a block so you wont gonna loose by accident. Overall, it's an improved version of jerkstopper and you should buy it instead of jerstopper which is a trash itself. I highly recommend it if you want to hold your tether cable.
