ANALOG DEVICES MAX22915AFG+ High Side Switch, Active High, 8 Channel, 8 Output, 50 Pin, 1A, 36V, FC2QFN

MAX22915AFG+ is an industrial output device with eight high-side switches. Each channel is specified to handle up to 1A (typ) of continuous current with an on-resistance of 120mohm (typ) and 250mΩ (max) at 125°C. The MAX22915 has a built-in 7-bit ADC to monitor chip temperature, per-channel output current or VDD supply voltage. It supports continuous or on-demand monitoring, with options to average multiple ADC conversions. The MAX22915 provides flexible configurations and global diagnostics, which include undervoltage warnings, thermal condition reportings, and communication errors. The SPI interface has a built-in chip addressing decoder, which allows communication with two MAX22915 utilizing a common chip select (CS).
