Product Overview
PICOSCOPE 5463E is a PicoScope 5000E series, 4-channel, 16bit USB oscilloscope. It is the first four-channel oscilloscope in class to combine 16bit resolution with a low noise floor and high dynamic range, enabling accurate measurement of low-level signals. Equipped with high-performance ADCs on all four channels, it can capture subtle millivolt-level transitions, power supply ripple, distortion, and other low-amplitude signals with exceptional precision, making it ideal for detailed analogue system analysis and testing.
- 4 analogue channel, 100MHz bandwidth
- 16bit mode, 2.5GS/s sampling, 1GS capture memory, 3.5ns rise time
- 22µV RMS noise floor at 20MHz enables accurate low-level signal measurement
- > 73dB SFDR and exceptional bandwidth flatness to trust every measurement, from DC to full bandwidth
- Advanced triggering includes edge, pulse width, runt, logic and interval triggers
- Decodes I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, USB and many other protocols
- 5 year warranty
- Dimension is 221 x 173 x 30mm (8.70in x 6.81in x 1.18in)
