LPC844M201JHI48E is a LPC84x Arm Cortex-M0+ based, low-cost 32-bit MCU family operating at CPU frequencies of up to 30MHz.
- 64Kb flash, 8Kb SRAM, 2 USART, 2 I²C, 2 SPI, 42 GPIO
- Fast initialization memory (FAIM) allows the user to configure chip behaviour on power-up
- Boot loader, supports flash in-application programming (IAP)
- Switch matrix for flexible configuration of each I/O pin function
- CRC engine, DMA with 25 channels and 13 trigger inputs, capacitive touch interface
- Crystal oscillator with an operating range of 1MHz to 25MHz
- Programmable watchdog oscillator with a frequency range of 9.4KHz to 2.3MHz
- Timer-controlled self wake-up from deep power-down mode, power-on reset (POR)
- Single power supply range from 1.8V to 3.6V, brownout detect (BOD)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, HVQFN48 package
