This B&H Kit provides you with a full 24 RU wall rack enclosure to store various processors, equipment, and more. To help get you started, a 9-outlet rackmount power panel and an installation fan kit are provided to keep energy running efficiently while maintaining a safe operational temperature.
Ideal for a range of audio/visual applications in commercial, studio, or broadcast spaces, the Lowell Manufacturing LWR Series wall-mounted rack cabinet utilizes a front mounting section that swings open from its backbox for easy access to cables and gear. A central opening fits around electrical pull boxes, allowing this heavy-duty rack design to mount to the backbox with spring-loaded L pins.
The durable chassis is welded from 16-gauge steel and features fully gusseted corners, welded and vented sides, and a triple-formed wrap design. Knockouts are present for installing wireless antennas. The cabinet offers one pair of adjustable rails (10-32) and integral top/bottom rails with EIA spacing for mounting or lacing. The cabinet also provides keyhole mounting slots on 16" centers and two keyed side locks for security.
The 1 RU Rackmount Power Panel from Lowell Manufacturing features eight 15A rear outlets and one 15A front outlet and is designed with basic surge protection. It features a front activation rocker switch with a 15A circuit breaker. This panel has an attached 9' power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
Designed for use with the LWR series of wall-mounted rack chassis, the Lowell Manufacturing Thermal Management Kit with Thermostat includes two 4.7"-diameter single fans, each with aluminum housing and fan guards for protecting your fingers. With an integrated thermostat in the included Y-type power cable, the fan is automatically activated according to temperature fluctuations.
Each fan provides whisper-quiet operation and effective cooling with 50 CFM of airflow and only 28 dBA of noise. The fans can be set as intake or exhaust fans. This kit also includes three magnetic vent blockers with field-trimmable designs and two sizes.
