Description
Ideal for audio installations in commercial spaces and educational institutions, the Lowell Manufacturing ES-62T is a recessed, ceiling-mounted loudspeaker with a 6.5" coaxial driver sporting one woofer cone and one tweeter cone for clear speech and full-frequency music. With 120° conical dispersion, this speaker can cover a wide area.
The loudspeaker features a 32W multitap transformer with 100, 70, and 25V taps, as well as a 4-ohm bypass for direct drive operation. The enclosure is constructed from durable 20-gauge steel and includes a fine-mesh steel press-fit grille with scrim and pull tool. The loudspeaker offers several convenient mounting aids, including support rails and a C-ring for reinforcing edges of drywall and distributing weight to avoid sagging tiles, dog ears, a paper cutout template, and a paint guard. The loudspeaker utilizes removable 4-pin block connectors for audio input.
