Description
Expand your small- to medium-sized network to support additional IP security cameras and other Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) compatible devices with the GV-APOE0812 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Compliant Managed Network Switch from GeoVision. This web managed Layer 2 network switch features eight PoE+ compatible Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet ports, each supporting up to 30W to compatible devices with a 140W budget. There are also two SFP ports for 1 Gb/s fiber uplinks.
With a 20 Gb/s switching capacity, 14.88 Mpps forwarding rate, and 4.1Mb packet buffer, the GV-APOE0812 delivers smooth data transfers. Configuring the switch for 10 Mb/s transfer speeds enables a range of up to 820' for long-distance installations. Mount this switch onto a desktop or rack using the included kit. The fanless design allows it to operate silently in the background.
