This B&H Kit combines the Asustor Lockerstor 6 Gen2 6-Bay NAS Enclosure with six Seagate 4TB IronWolf 5400 rpm SATA III 3.5" Internal NAS HDDs for a storage capacity of 24TB.
Designed to handle intensive tasks such as direct video editing, the Lockerstor 6 Gen2 6-Bay NAS Enclosure from Asustor offers the speed and capabilities to take on almost any project. In addition to featuring six 3.5"/2.5" SATA drive bays, this high-performance network storage enclosure has four M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD slots that may be configured for cache or storage. You can also mix and match M.2 configurations and set up RAID modes depending on your needs. The dual 2.5G Ethernet ports support SMB multichannel technology, which allows you to combine their throughput to reach 5G speeds with compatible devices, giving you the bandwidth to share massive files with your team. Powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron N5105 quad-core processor with 8GB of DDR4-2933 memory, the Lockerstor 6 Gen2 can deliver up to 590 MB/s read and 562 MB/s write speeds in RAID 5 configuration.
Install a 10G Ethernet network adapter into the PCIe 3.0 slot for even greater performance. Please note that the PCIe slot is occupied by an M.2 daughter board with all four of the system's M.2 SSD slots. Installing an expansion card requires its removal. The two memory slots support up to 16GB total. Other features include two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports that can transfer data at up to 10 Gb/s with compatible devices.

This 4TB drive has been equipped with a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface, a rotational speed of 5400 rpm, a 3.5" form factor, and a 256MB cache, providing users with an ample storage capacity and data transfer speeds of up to 202 MB/s. The IronWolf also has an MTBF rating of 1.0 million hours, a workload rate of up to 180TB per year, a non-recoverable read error rate of 1 per 1014, supports 600,000 load/unload cycles, and an annualized failure rate (AFR) of 0.87%. Protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.
