This B&H Kit combines the Asustor AS5402T 2-Bay NAS Enclosure with two Seagate 4TB IronWolf 5400 rpm SATA III 3.5" Internal NAS HDDs for a storage capacity of 8TB.
Organize and store your data with the AS5402T 2-Bay NAS Enclosure from Asustor. Featuring two bays for 2.5 or 3.5" drives and four M.2 2280 NVMe slots, the AS5402T supports RAID 0, 1, JBOD, and Single, with read and write speeds of up to 576 MB/s. Hot-swappable drive bays make it easy to replace a defective drive with minimal downtime, while three 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports allow you to expand the existing storage or transfer data to external drives. A pair of 2.5 GbE ports offer increased speeds over standard Gigabit Ethernet ports and can provide even more speed by combining the two 2.5 GbE ports to a single channel exceeding 2.5 Gb/s. The AS5402T is also equipped with an HDMI 2.0b port, allowing you to view 4K video from your NAS via Plex or another third-party video player. Ensure smooth operation with a 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron Quad-Core CPU and 4GB of 2933 MHz DDR4 memory, which can be upgraded to 16GB.
Designed for use in 1-8 bay NAS systems within home, SOHO, and small business environments, the 4TB IronWolf 5400 rpm SATA III 3.5" Internal NAS HDD from Seagate is built to withstand 24x7 operations, or up to 180TB per year / 8760 hours per year. This 4TB drive has been equipped with a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface, a rotational speed of 5400 rpm, a 3.5" form factor, and a 256MB cache, providing users with an ample storage capacity and data transfer speeds of up to 202 MB/s. The IronWolf also has an MTBF rating of 1.0 million hours, a workload rate of up to 180TB per year, a non-recoverable read error rate of 1 per 1014, supports 600,000 load/unload cycles, and an annualized failure rate (AFR) of 0.87%. Protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.
