Providing incomparable feel with extreme accuracy, the Dyna-Sync Hi-Hat Stand from TAMA delivers the same Dyna-Sync direct-drive system as the Dyna-Sync bass drum pedal, including the same length footboard and dual-linkage connection. The new spring damper reduces the contact noise that typically arises from the abrupt release of the footboard, and the footboard sports unique angle adjustment found only on Dyna-Sync products.
The handy tilt system lets you adjust the hi-hat stand for optimal placement in a wide range of setups and playing styles. The six-way tension adjustment lets you achieve your preferred level of tension easily using the six clearly visible settings. And with a special tension rod that won't come loose or bend during transport, the Dyna-Sync Hi-Hat Stand is an ideal performer for the gigging drummer.
Quick-Set Hi-Hat Clutch
With just one touch, the Quick-Set Clutch can be attached or removed�simply push the button on the side of the clutch. The clutch also allows the top hi-hat cymbal to float more freely, maximizing the natural resonance of the cymbals.
Nonloosening Tension Rod
Specially shaped plastic and metal nuts fit together perfectly to keep the cymbal rod from loosening while playing.
Spare-the-Rods Tension Rod Protector
No more tension rods getting bent out of shape during transport. With Spare-The-Rods, you can save your tension rod the rigors of the road by packing it in the specially designed upper section pipe. It's a small but very significant TAMA hardware innovation.

- Hold the tension rod in place with the hi-hat clutch.

Tilt System
Not only do tilt-equipped stands offer more flexible setups, they also offer more expressive hi-hat work because you can tilt the hi-hat cymbal. Dyna-Sync hi-hat stands can be tilted quickly and easily by loosening just one T-bolt.
Duo-Spike
It's called a stand because it's not supposed to walk, and the Duo-Spike makes sure your hi-hat stands in one place. You can easily switch from rubber to metal using a standard drum key.
Footboard Angle Adjustment
Drummers have come to recognize and appreciate independent bass-drum footboard angle adjustment as an important function to help customize a personal feel. This inspired TAMA to focus on the Dyna-Sync design and create a completely new and unique footboard angle adjustment. The Dyna-Sync footboard angle design integrates into the clam-shaped connection point between linkage and footboard and is fully adjustable to deliver a totally personalized pedal angle adjustment.
Hinge Guard Block
TAMA has changed the construction of the Bearing Hinge on the footplate from a one-piece assembly to two pieces, which holds the bearing more evenly�minimizing stress and maximizing smoothness, while adding to the pedal's sense of power.
Oiles Bearing Hinge
Offering even less friction than a standard ball bearing, Oiles bearings also eliminate side-to-side motion and provide superior durability, which is why they're used in the aerospace industry.
Glide-Tite Grip Joint
The new Glide-Tite Grip Joint allows for a more secure attachment by using a metal-to-metal contact point. This provides an extremely solid anchor and complete isolation for a tom or cymbal. Because the stand does not move with the instrument, the natural resonance of that instrument is maximized.
