Sunwayfoto PT-26 Overview
Measuring just 1" long and weighing less than half an ounce, the Sunwayfoto PT-26 Universal Quick Release Plate is perfect for compact cameras and makes your setup and breakdown easy even if you're counting every ounce in your kit. It has a standard 1/4"-20 mounting screw to attach it to your camera body and is compatible with all Arca-type heads. Two rubber pads on the top help to prevent your camera from twisting while protecting it from scratches. The plate is made of an aluminum alloy treated with a black satin anodized finish and has a long notch where the mounting screw goes that not only cuts weight but ensures the perfect placement of the plate on your camera.

Very Small, Good to Keep a Few Around
These are simple and functional Arca plates with some rubber to prevent twisting. Having a few around comes handy, in my case to connect them to a cold shoe so I can use existing spare/mini/table tripods or clamps for quickly mounting a flash, light or microphone. I wouldn't use them for anything larger than a point-and-shoot camera, even if they could mechanically handle it.
Good plate for Nikon Z cameras
All of my quick release plates were too large to fit nicely on my Nikon Z6ii and FTZ adapter. The FTZ adapter is a little chubby at the bottom and finding a suitably sized plate that doesn't interfere is difficult. This plate is just the right size for the Z6ii...
