Sunwayfoto PNL-Z9 Overview
The Sunwayfoto dedicated L-Bracket for the Nikon Z9 camera features an Arca-type dovetail on the bottom for compatibility with Arca ball heads and other supports. There are also 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod threads on the bottom, and two 1/4"-20 threads on the sides for accessories.
The bracket provides access to the camera connections and the battery slot and allows full tilting of the camera screen. Raised lips on the sides of the camera platform ensure that the camera doesn't twist, and silicone padding on the platform prevents scratches to the camera. A captive slot design on the bottom allows adjusting the position of the bracket so that cables with long plugs can be used when shooting vertically.

Perfect for Nikon Z9
I've been a user of Sunway L-brackets for a long time. I have used them on 5 different Nikon bodies. All have preformed to my fullest expectations.The build quality has always been excellent in all ways. It's perfect on the Nikon Z9! All buttons and ports are easily accessible. It fits tightly to the body and provides 100% stability when mounting to a tripod. At under 1/3 of the price of high end L-bracket, I believe it can sit proudly next to them as an affordable alternative.

I've had and still have Really Right Stuff accessories for all the cameras that I once had and the ones I have today. I lost count of how many I purchased from them since 1986. I've purchased Kirk and other brands as well. I have to tell you. In terms of quality of manufacturing and price. Sunwayfoto is UNBEATABLE! These guys must be making a dent on the other brands budget if not taking over. About this specific L-Bracket: It is made out of a SOLID piece of 6061-T6 Aluminum. NO! It is not split like Kirk and many other brands. Kirk has one 2 piece Assembly and they charge way more for their part. When a factory has to cut this bracket out of a solid piece of aluminum it takes way more time and they waste lots of aluminum volume to create the final piece compared to the 2 piece assembly ones. It fits perfectly on my Z9. Nice looking design. THE BEST VALUE BRACKET OUT THERE! :-) zippy shipping is the ice on the cake!
The BEST for LESS
It was a NO-BRAINER for me to decide which L-Bracket to buy. I am not a Video shooter, no need to have a bracket that enables you to extend the L arm to plug your cables to the camera. BUT if you are a Video shooter or need to have those plug-in's on the camera by no means don't buy this L-Bracket. Without mentioning the price of the other mfg., you are saving about $200 dollars if you buy the Sunwayfoto L- Bracket. This bracket is very well made and I have no issues with it.
