The STGW20NC60VD is a 600V very fast IGBT utilizes the advanced Power MESH� process resulting in an excellent trade-off between switching performance and low on-state behavior. It is suitable for use with high frequency inverters, UPS, motor drive, SMPS and PFC in both hard switch and resonant topologies.
