Product Overview
The ST1S40IPUR is a DC step-down Switching Regulator with cycle-by-cycle current limiting. This device is an internally compensated 850kHz fixed-frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator. This integrates a 95m? high side switch and 69m? synchronous rectifier allowing very high efficiency with very low output voltages. The peak current mode control with internal compensation delivers a very compact solution with a minimum component count.
