Product Overview
LDQ40PURY is a 250mA low-dropout LDO. It is a high-accuracy voltage regulator, which provides 250mA of current. This device is stabilized with a small ceramic capacitor on the output. The low drop, low quiescent current, and short-circuit protection make the device suitable for low-power battery-operated applications. An enable logic control function puts the device in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 0.3µA. Thermal protection is also included. It is also used in applications such as EV power trains, always-on battery-connected applications, infotainment and instrument clusters, and ADAS.
