Seems well made
I've been searching for a reader for CF Express and XQD cards, wasn't clear on this product - - bought in error, but my error NOT . To clarify, it seems well made but doesn't support CF Express or XQD camera cards.
Works on many cards
This card reader works well. I have had a few of them over the years, and sometimes they just don't seem to work, but overall I've had very good success, so I'm guessing it was just a driver issue because restarting the computer usually helped

Great Reader... Overall
Great reader, only one minor problem. The CF Slot is too shallow. It needs to be deeper so that the card has the ability to align with the slots.
Unit intermittently fails, taking my computer system with it
This felt like a solid investment. Fair price, easy install. I never expected to start experiencing intermittent input issues in other parts of my computer. At first, I thought my mechanical keyboard was failing, but then my trusty mouse and capture card started failing too... odd. After swapping through mice and backup keyboards, I figured the USB bus on the motherboard was dying, so i begrudgingly replaced the motherboard. But $200 later and on a new board, the failures were still happening. I dug deeper through the OS system logs, and finally tracked the USB connection and disconnection issues back to this device. THIS card reader was the original source of ALL of my USB bus issues. Unplugged it, and everything is back to normal. Needless to say, I am highly upset and very disappointed that this device's reliability lasted less than 6 months, and is now also conveniently out of warranty! I sincerely hope will think of something special to help with this kind of situation.
Works as Advertised
We purchased this item in August 2019 to retrofit one of our office workstations. Installation was hassle-free and the unit has worked fine ever since. We mostly use it for read and writing memory cards such as used in digital cameras, but do occasionally plug in a standard USB device.
