SparkFun Sensirion SFM3200 Digital Flow Meter

Sensirion SFM3200 Digital Flow Meters are designed for high-volume applications to accurately measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases. These meters offer a flow range of up to 250 standard liters per minute (SLM) and a bidirectional measurement mode. The SFM3200 flow meters feature a fifth-generation silicon sensor chip that contains an amplifier, A/D converter, EEPROM memory, digital signal processing circuitry, and interface. Sensirion's atented CMOSens�® technology improves the performance of the sensor by combining sensor elements, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip. Sensirion SFM3200 Digital Flow Meters are ideal for use in respiratory measurements, inspiratory flow measurements, ventilation, anesthesia, and drug delivery applications.
