SparkFun NTMFS015N15MC Shielded Gate PowerTrench® MOSFET

ON Semiconductor NTMFS015N15MC Shielded Gate PowerTrench® MOSFET is an N-channel MOSFET that minimizes on-state resistance and maintains superior switching performance with best-in-class soft body diode. This MOSFET offers lower Qrr compared to other MOSFETs. The NTMFS015N15MC MOSFET lowers switching noise/Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI). This MOSFET features low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses and low QG and capacitance to minimize driver losses. The NTMFS015N15MC MOSFET comes in a small PQFN8 package with 5mm x 6mm dimensions for compact designs. Typical applications include Synchronous Rectification (SR), AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies, AC-DC adapters (USB PD) SR, and load switch.
