Quick Release Not Tight
I bought this because a Small Rig version would not hold my Tilta shoulder rig tight on the tripod. It would wobble slightly left and right. Unfortunately, the Sony plate wasn't much better at twice the price. I solved the problem by adding two wooden shims on either side but basically I'm not really happy with it. Wish there were some kind of adjustment to tighten it up.

Why risk it, these plates will wear out. Was tempted to save $20 on the Zacuto version but was not sure if it would work with my non-zacuto baseplates. Very pleased, a new plate will make a difference.
Quick Disconnect for Tilta Rig for a Sony FS5m2
The Tilta rig for a Sony FS5 has fittings for a VCT quick release, but does not come with the tripod adapter itself. The recommended plate is a VCT-U14, which is identical to the VCT-14 but made primarily of plastic (and cheaper). I prefer the all-metal version above when mounting a $9K camera and lens, which will see a lot of use. It also fits a Canon QR of similar design for relatively light video cameras, which has the nosepiece only and not the rear locating pin.
Excellent quality
Bought it for my new URSA Mini Pro 4.6K G2. Fits very well on the shoulder kit. Snaps right in and it's extremely solid. Bit pricey but when it comes to secure expensive gear, the move is just logical. Would definitely recommend.
