SmartSystem Matrix One Overview
Add a complete vest, arm, and sled stabilizer system for your camera gimbal rig with this Matrix One Extreme Bundle from SmartSystem. The Extreme bundle includes the Arm X1, the Matrix Sled Extreme, the Vest Lite, the SmartCAM Horizon LITE monitor stabilizer, an LCD monitor bracket, a Gold mount battery, a dual Gold Mount battery plate, and a hard-shell case with custom foam to carry the entire kit.
The slim aluminum Arm X1 provides a sturdy stabilizer arm that features advanced damping and a standard stabilizer mounting post, and it has interchangeable springs for different levels of tension to support loads up to 9.92 lb. The arm mounts onto the Vest Lite for right- or left-handed operators, and the quick release vest features foam padding, weight distribution, and washable fabric parts. The heavy-duty sled Extreme offers gimbal mounting for systems such as the DJI Ronin 2, a dual Gold mount battery plate, and it includes an additional bottom Gold mount plate.
The SmartCAM monitor stabilizer and LCD bracket allow you to mount your camera monitor and balance it with the rig, so your monitor view is always balanced with your camera setup. The whole system fits into the included wheeled hard-shell case that features IP67 water resistance, a pressure release valve, a folding pull handle, and custom-cut foam.
SmartSystem Matrix Sled Extreme (Gold Mount)
Add professional-level stability and smoothness to your videos with this Matrix Sled Extreme from SmartSystem. The Matrix Extreme sled is designed to stabilize large cinema camera rigs and features a telescoping carbon fiber center post, a fluid gimbal stabilizer sled, a Smarthead non-floating adjustable head, a monitor LCD holder, a dual Gold mount battery plate, an additional Gold mount plate on the bottom for additional power and counterweight, and 10 counterweights.
The Smarthead top plate can adjust for balance and can quickly and cleanly mount and unmount the camera rig. The arm on the center post can mount onto an optional stabilizer arm such as the ARM X1 or X-LITE, which transfers the weight from your arm to your hips for comfort during long shooting days. The carbon fiber center post is height adjustable for working in a variety of production environments. The sled also features a docking bracket to dock the sled when it's not in use.
There is a dual Gold mount battery plate on the bottom sled that runs power up through the center column to the head, which features three outputs with different pinouts and voltages for output to a variety of cameras and accessories. Connectors include 14.8 VDC 2- and 4-pin LEMO type outputs, as well as tally and BNC video input/output options to pass from the camera to your monitor.
An additional third Gold mount plate is included on the bottom of the sled for added power as well as counterweight. The Extreme model also features counterweights that allow you to add up to 10 included SmartSystem counterweights weighing approximately 8 oz each, so you can balance a heavier rig. The sled can be broken down and stored in the included hard-shell carry case.

Fly your cine camera with precision and confidence using the Arm X1 Professional Stabilization Arm from SmartSystem. Its fine-tuning system enables you to perfectly match the mass of your rig with the appropriate level of resistance, resulting in the state of equilibrium known as critical damping.
Its 7075 aluminum alloy, rated higher than aircraft-grade, has the Brinnell hardness, fatigue strength, and tensile strength of carbon steel yet without the weight. It is outfitted with an industry-standard mating block that can easily be switched from regular to goofy.
