This pack includes 100 snagless strain reliefs, which are designed to work with Simply45 Cat 5e RJ45 modular plugs. They help prolong the life of a plug by reducing the strain on it, which could otherwise loosen contact pins and negatively impact performance. It permanently attaches to a plug during the crimping cycle and features a narrow design to fit into tight installations.
Narrow, Snagless Design
This strain relief can be permanently attached to a Simply45 Cat 5e modular plug during the crimping cycle. Instead of sliding over the RJ45 terminal, it locks onto the plug to maintain a narrow profile, which allows for easier access in tight installations. Additionally, the snagless design helps to prevent latch tabs from breaking.
Compatibility
These snagless strain reliefs are designed to work with only Simply45 S45-1500/1501 pass through unshielded and S45-1000 standard WE/SS unshielded RJ45 modular plugs.
