EFM32PG23 series Gecko family of microcontrollers is part of the series 2 gecko portfolio. These Gecko MCUs are ideal for enabling energy-friendly embedded applications. Its highly efficient solution contains a 32bit 80MHz Cortex-M33 with rich analog and communication peripherals to provide an industry-leading, energy efficient MCU for consumer and industrial applications. It has best-in-class security with high secure vault. Its keypad scanner supporting up to 6x8 matrix (KEYSCAN). It has die temperature sensor with typical +/-1.5°C accuracy across temperature range. Its integrated low-energy LCD controller supporting up to 80 segments. Dedicated VREFP/N inputs. IADC supports high speed, high accuracy and normal modes. Gecko applications includes metering, industrial automation, test and measurement, appliances, portable medical devices.
