C8051F520-C-IM is a highly integrated automotive and industrial microcontroller (MCU) that is auto-grade qualified and tested to AEC-Q100 specification. It features a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance along with 8KB flash, 0.25KB RAM. This MCU also offers integrated communication interfaces and a 12bit, 6-channel, 200Ksps ADC and 1 comparator in a 3x3 mm, DFN10 package. With enhanced communication peripherals and robust peripheral set, this is ideal for motor control, sensor interface, parking assistance, seat position and adjustment, fluid level monitoring, and other automotive/industrial applications.
