C8051F351-GMR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 50MHz performance. This analogue-intensive MCU features a 24-bit, 8-ch., 1Ksps ADC, 8bit, 2-ch. DAC, 1 comparator, and an on-chip temperature sensor. It also offers 8KB flash, 0.75KB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16bit timers in a 5x5 mm, QFN28 package. With on-chip POR, VDD monitor, watchdog timer, a ±2 internal oscillator, and high analogue integration, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, weigh scales, test equipment, and fibre optic systems among others.
