C8051F327-GMR microcontroller (MCU) features an on-board universal serial bus (USB) 2.0 function controller with an integrated transceiver and on-chip clock recovery. No external resistors, crystal, voltage regulator, EEPROM, or other components are required for USB applications. The MCU includes a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance along with 16KB flash, 1.5KB RAM. On-chip analogue features include a - ADC, voltage reference, a ±1.5 internal oscillator, 0 comparators, and a temperature sensor. Integrating additional communication interfaces along with rich analogue in a 5x5 mm, QFN28 package, this provides a truly single-chip solution for embedded USB applications.
- USB specification 2.0 compliant, 256byte USB buffer memory
- On-chip debug circuitry facilitates full-speed, non-intrusive in-system debug (no emulator required)
- Voltages from 3.6 to 5.25V supported using on-chip voltage regulator
- Pipelined instruction architecture; executes 70% of instructions in 1 or 2 system clocks
- Enhanced UART, two general purpose 16bit timers
- External CMOS clock, can switch between clock sources on-the-fly; useful in power saving strategies
- Internal oscillator: 0.25% accuracy with clock recovery enabled, supports all USB and UART modes
- Temperature rating range from -40 to +85°C
