C8051F311-GMR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. The MCU offers 16KB flash, 1.25KB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16bit timers in a 5x5 mm, QFN28 package. On-chip analogue features include a 10-bit, 17-channel, 200Ksps ADC and 2 comparators. With on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer, and a ±2 internal oscillator, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as battery chargers, electronic toys and games, motor control, and optical communications.
