The 1-inch UniMag Mobile Mag Strip Reader to POS Phone Adapter Cable from Sescom is suitable for POS counters using ID Tech's UniMag (Ingenico ROAMpay Mobile Card Reader) or similar devices that utilize the headphone jack of compatible smartphones or tablets. Many smartphone protective cases do not allow for the direct plugging in of the credit card reading device. This adapter cable comes with a 3.5mm connector that directly fits into the mobile device's headphone jack without removing the protective case.
