Sennheiser SK 100 G4 Overview
The Sennheiser SK 100 G4 is a bodypack wireless transmitter compatible with the EM 100 G4 wireless receiver. The rugged, all-metal design is comfortable for performers and presenters to wear for daily use on stage. It provides up to 8 hours of operation on two AA batteries, with a fixed 30mW RF power output and a transmission range up to 330 feet.
The SK 100 G4 features a locking 3.5mm connector with an adjustable input level to accommodate the compatible lavalier or headset microphone of your choice, or an adapter cable for guitar and bass. When the Sync function on the receiver is engaged, the transmitter and receiver quickly link to the same frequency via infrared. The transmitter's backlit LCD displays essential information, while the convenient programmable mute function can be locked out to prevent accidental changes during a performance.
The unit can also be powered by a single rechargeable BA 2015 Accupack battery (available separately). Side contacts allow for recharging the Accupack without removing it from the transmitter�requires the L 2015 quick-charging unit (available separately).
The SK 100 G4 is backward-compatible with all previous evolution systems. You can mix and match G4/G3/G2/G1 receivers or bodypack, handheld, and plug-on transmitters. It is also compatible with EW 300/500 systems.

Very well made
Thid microphone is by far the best Microphone that I have ever owned. Built tough and durable. Has a greater distance then other in the same Frequency range. this complete system is the way to go and I have all three peace's. stick mic body pack and receiver. Great job and keep up the good work.
Works with G3
We have a G3 set (A1 band) and the body pack's connector started getting unreliable. This A band synced with the A1 band G3 receiver with no complaints, even though the band isn't literally the same. I don't notice any feature changes with the G4 besides a better looking screen. We will probably migrate away from the Sennheiser bodypacks eventually due to the locking 1/8 connectors not holding up well over time. Besides that they are robust units and a great value.
Great name great sound
We all know this is the name to beat! Originally bought the receiver and handheld mic. Should�ve bought the full combo, because I came back to buy the body pack because I was so pleased with the original purchase of the receiver and handheld mic. Untouchable in my opinion. Clicks off all the boxes. The only question I am uncertain of, the salesman pushed me toward the less expensive off brand Sonal lapel mic, other than the Senn. It is awesome, very study and quality sound, but just curious of the difference with the Senn lapel would have made. Have read reviews the Sonal is better, sound and build quality So I am banking on that. Overall, don�t be scared to make the purchase. This is a brand to trust.

Excellent Gear
When the FCC announced that the Range-B frequencies would no longer be available, I took that opportunity to replace all my old Sennheiser Frequency Range-B equipment with Range-A. For the past 15 years I have found Sennheiser wireless equipment to be very good. Highly recommended.
