The Sanken COS-11D Miniature Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone is intended for professional speech capturing in sound reinforcement, presentation, theatrical, broadcast, and recording applications. Its miniature capsule yields a wide frequency response, omnidirectional polar pattern, and moisture resistant construction while measuring just 0.15" (4mm) in diameter.
The capsule's miniature design makes it easily concealable in clothing or hair. The COS-11D's RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) rejection makes it impervious to noise and artifacts caused by wireless transmitters, PDAs, cell phones, and computers, making it ideal for crucial vocal capturing in professional applications. The microphone is terminated with a standard three-pin XLR connection and requires 48V phantom power.
