I was skeptical but...

I was worried about the speed of these drives, but using them has proved me wrong. They are fast, small, and durable. I only wish they fit into the case a little more snugly. It is snug and has never fallen out, but not snug enough for my tastes. I bought another 2TB Blade and plan on buying more as my needs require.
Great for video workflow on the go!

The announcement of the Pro-Blade came precisely when I was searching for an external SDD storage for 1. speed in transfers and short edits on the go 2. lots of storage and working space and 3. simply be powered from the plug (no external powered brick). The only challenge I faced was availability as it is so new in the market. I've had them for only 10 days or so, so far so very good! Totally silent and doesn't get hot enough to be heat packs. The only drawback is they drain a lot of power when I transcode 4K files but that is to be expected, and a minor matter of workflow adjustment, which already is a big step forward in this aspect.
