RucPac Professional Tech Gloves Reviews
Quality
I got these on sale and I think that's just a bit too high of a price considering the quality of these gloves. They work on a regular cold day but once it gets too cold that's about it.
comfortable and useful
These are comfortable gloves and the fingertips work on smartphones and the like. Although I have not been able to test in real cold weather yet I did wear them for about an hour and they were very comfortable
Photographers' Glove
They work well with the special end on the fore-finger and thumb. However, they did little to keep my hands warm in 45-50 degree temperatures.
Use as liners or alone in mild temps
I am able to work all the controls and the touch screen while wearing these gloves, but please understand that these gloves alone will not keep your hands warm in temps below 40 F. If it's in the 40s, I keep hand warmers in my pockets and the gloves are thin enough to allow me to re-warm my hands every 5 or so minutes. If it's below 40, I wear these as liners under my Heat Company softshell mittens with warmers inserted in the mittens. I don't get the sense that these gloves will last a long time, but I haven't had them long enough or used them enough to say for sure.
Powerful little gloves at -11 F
Not exactly for extreme cold ,but i was VERY pleased with these gloves at -7 to -11 degrees Fahrenheit, they kept my hands warm enough to take pictures of the birds i was after and then put one or both hands in pocket with heat packs every once and a while I really like that you don't have to expose your fingers with the tactile fingertips in that kind of cold weather. , Since they are so thin makes it easy to hold camera and use controls. (if you get cold easily, might not be for you), but I highly recommend these gloves for anyone serious enough to be out in those temps. With that being said, there was no wind while i was shooting, so no wind chill factor added here
wow, very impressed
Just what I needed. Great first layer for the glove system
Very good Quality!
these are the best pair I have had in years,I use them for astronomy and they help keep my hands warm and prevent my fingers from getting number, after all I must be visual and take photos and tinker with my stuff in the freezing cold of new england!
Works well as a base layer
I use these as a first layer under wind proof fingerless gloves. This two glove system has worked well for wildlife photography. About 25 degrees is the coldest I have tried these.
