BM2LE250FJ-CE2 is a automotive IPD 2ch low side switch with output diagnostic function. It has built-in OCP, dual TSD and active clamp function. It is equipped with output diagnostic function for TSD. Application includes driving resistive, inductive and capacitive load.
- SOP8 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C
- 250mohm on-state resistance (Tj is 25°C, typ), 4.3A over current limitation level (Tj is 25°C, typ)
- 40V output clamp voltage (min), 500mJ active clamp energy (Tj(START) is 25°C)
- Built-in dual TSD, AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- Built-in over current protection function(OCP)
- Built-in active clamp function
- Direct control enabled from CMOS logic IC, etc
