- Input voltage range from 3.5V to 40V (initial startup is 4.0V or more)
- Output voltage range from 0.8 to 8.5V, maximum output current of 6A
- Switching frequency is 440KHz (typ, FREQ-SEL = H), 2.2MHz (typ, FREQ-SEL = L)
- Output voltage accuracy is ±1.75% (-40 to +125°C), 2.1?A (typ) shutdown current
