BD6528HFV is a high side switch IC using an N-channel power MOSFET and used as a power switch for memory card slot. This switch IC has an ON-resistance of 110Mohm for device. Operations using low input voltage (VIN >= 2.7V) are possible for various switch applications. It is widely used in application such as load switches for mobile phone, digital still camera, PDA, MP3 player, PC, etc.
