BD16852EFV-CE2 is a three-phase brushless motor driver power DMOS FET built in for automotive. This automotive motor driver series is mounted with a 120° commutation sensorless drive which does not require a hall device as a location detection sensor. All output protections have a self-diagnostic function and a self-recovery function, and it can simplify the system configuration. Also, each output protection state can be judged easily by the protect alarm signal output function. It improves the traceability of the set. Typical applications are automotive pump, fan motor, etc.
