Streamline your workflow and consolidate your system storage with the Rocpro U35 56TB 4-Bay USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C RAID Array from Rocstor. Utilizing four drive bays that support both 2.5" and 3.5" drives, this RAID array houses a 14TB drive in each bay. This array supports RAID modes 0, 5, and JBOD, giving you flexibility for your storage needs. The USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C interface allows for data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb/s. The Type-C port can additionally be used to deliver 24W of Power Delivery. The Rocpro U35 is compatible with macOS and Windows.
LCM & LED Display Design
The Rocpro U35 is equipped with a clear and readable LCM display and LED indicators for system monitoring during operation. Users can easily identify and review the status of the storage system at all times. Moreover, it comes with visual and audio alarms to alert you whenever failure occurs.
Hardware RAID
Rocstor has designed the Rocpro U35 storage drives with the latest Hardware RAID modes. Take advantage of RAID 0, 5, and JBOD modes and hardware settings to attain up to 250 MB/s data transfer speeds with the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C interface connected to a Mac's Thunderbolt 3 or 4 port.
USB Type-C
Easily connect your Mac or Windows PC with your host computer USB Type-C and USB Type-A port. This versatile RAID storage provides compatibility with USB 3.1 & 3.0 host computer ports. Rocstor includes USB Type-C to USB Type-C, USB Type-C to USB Type-A cables for variety of connectivity options.
Built-In Power Supply & Advanced Power Management
Rocstor Rocpro U35 has a built in 150-watt power supply that conforms to safety regulations. It provides a stable and highly efficient power output. It also provides energy-efficient hardware components that work hand in hand with Mac or Windows systems to conserve power. The U35 spins down the hard drives and activates the sleep mode after a period of inactivity.
Monitor Expansion and Charging
Rocpro U35 supports USB 3.2 Protocol which gives you an up to 5 Gb/s data transfer rate. You could easily use it for storing data and editing directly from your computer. The Type-C connector provides 24W (12v/2A) / 18W (9V/2A) / 15W (5V/3A) USB Power Delivery that can be used for charging laptops and mobile phones when data is being accessed. U35 also provides one DisplayPort 1.1a output for a second monitor.
Smart Cooling and Alarm Functions
The Rocpro U35 is designed with the MCU feature, which monitors and helps the in-chassis system temperature stay cool. If the system temperature rises due to drive usage, the MCU will increase the fan speed to full speed and an alarm will sound. Users can manually adjust the fan speed with a dial on the rear of the array. Additionally, if the fan fails or the device temperature is too high, the alarm will ring and let the user know the status of the fan.
